Here are 5 ways to be consistent in your branding journey.

1. VALUES: What do you stand for? What do you despise? Some brands are irreverent, some are conservative, some are luxurious, some are flirty/raunchy, others are built on faith, everybody with his own path!


2. VISUALS: We judge the world first by visuals. Your visual design tells a story, your logo, use of color, font, images, every element plays out like a movie trailer and we are deciding if it’s a feeling movie good movie, horror, or thriller. Everyone knows the category he likes.


3. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
This is also about how you constantly present your business to your customers or anybody that comes in contact with your business. Do you have a modus operandi or does anything go? Imagine Gucci delivering your shoes in a “Thank you” nylon bag, doesn’t make sense right because of who you know them to be right? Exactly, that is branding!


4. PRODUCT EXPERIENCE:
Does your product/service really work? Does it do what it said it would do?


5. YOUR REPUTATION: Not everyone will pay for and use your service first hand but your “gist” will filter across quarters, even people who have never used your service have an opinion derived by word on the street.
